I have been fascinated with the cycles and their predictability for a couple of decades. Venus is more than what we love and desire, her cycles provide us with timing in our lives and teach us about what we truly value. The beautifully predictable cycles of Venus unfold our lives; awaken us to our true essence.
The book talks about the mythology, the sacred geometry, and the cycles and has many examples on how the cycle unfolds in the lives of famous people as well as us normal folk. There is more information about Venus at www.astrologicallyspeaking.com/book.htm.
“Anne Massey is a lucid writer, and her book is an engaging read. Refreshingly, she doesn’t go overboard or become too literal in her interpretations, but allows readers to draw their own conclusions, particularly in the sections on Venus’s orbit. There is much in this book to study and apply to our practice. Massey’s descriptions of Venus unfolding in beauty and balance are exquisite. I felt a bit closer to being a perfectly developing rose myself by the time I finished reading this book. Readers who are interested in awakening a deeper connection with the “Lovely Lady Venus” will certainly enjoy Anne Massey’s book.” Mary Plumb, the Mountain Astrologer
