Back to work and school with Virgo
Thursday, September 2nd, 2010 | General information, astrologer's diary
I haven’t posted anything all summer long. There are days when I have felt guilty about that; however, it is the first long break from writing columns I have taken in a decade or more… Today Mercury is retrograde in motion, that review period began August 20 and concludes September 12. Mercury and the Sun have their next meeting tomorrow, September 3, 2010. Their agenda will be set for the next two months—the pair meets in Virgo and that spells organization as well as taking care of details. After tomorrow, we naturally move forward with our ideas over the past month or so, because we have clarity about what we do not want. We cannot stop making choices just because Mercury is retrograde! We tend to catch our mistakes during the times when Mercury moves against the norm, which in itself is an optical illusion… but darn it feels, real here on planet Earth. However, note that tomorrow is a good day to send out promotional material, proposals and to renegotiate deals, projects etc.
For several years I have been posting the Mercury Story for the year. This includes the horoscopes for each sign. The next story line begins in about two months, and that theme will be fire… will have a column about that, basically a rewrite of 2004-2005. The current one is at www.astrologicallyspeaking.com/Mercury2010-earth.htm
I have been promising my horoscopes about Uranus in Aries for a few months now. Uranus returned to Pisces for a review period in August and re-enters Aries March 2011. I hope by then I will have finished writing that piece. I did post something on my blog about it May 2010. However, when you hear that something last took place in 2003 and ponderings about whether it might repeat the chances are that it will. Life like astrology is cyclical. Nothing repeats in exactly the same fashion but the major themes do.
Venus is about station retrograde in Scorpio and return back to Libra; naturally I must pen something about my favourite topic on my blog and website— look for it in October. This theme repeats from the same time period in 2002…
My 2011 laminate is ready to ship, the cost is $12 plus shipping and handling; 2.50 to USA and $1.50 within Canada. 2011 looks so much better than 2008-10 in terms of economy etc.—there is light at the end of the tunnel and we get a few glimpses beginning early 2011. My annual columns are always archived and there is a new one as the year ends.
I will be posting answers to a few reader questions during this Virgo period…
New Class: I will be teaching chart calculation by hand beginning October 9, 2010, more information coming soon.
