HI Anne, I was reading this blog and saw this post and thought..well, this sounds like me! haha it was me, to funny. I apologize for the way I listed my planets, that time frame was very hard for me. I am doing both, being followed by a Dr and have been seeing a counselor since Pluto went into Cap. (trauma) I am going back and forth between wanting to become a nun or trying to branch out into life. I also have Saturn and jup in the 12th. Visions and dreams are strong and seeing people like never before and accepting them on those terms regardless of circumstances. I also started sculpting and I must say am quite good at it!..developing… =)

In order to look at a complete picture I would need to study your chart, which is not something I do for readers. 12th house has a connection to affairs and our secrets… what we have control over is how we choose to react and how willing we are to implement an attitude adjustment. We cannot change anyone else but ourselves.

I have a pluto transiting 12th house as well. I find it for me it brings out the issue of a relationship (I am married w/two kids) but I have started to question my marriage a lot in the past few months. I feel also isolated, not loved, abandoned in another words.I also had a health issue arising out of this transit(glucose intolerant after the birth of my second child. When I speak to my husband he seem to shrug it off as funny or “Get out a here” type of thing. Meanwhile I am a sea of emotion inside. My ex ex love has came back into my life in a wierdest way, as well, saying he still loves me after 10 years of no contact. I feel the same way for years now…..pluto is trying to tell me something..I am sure. I am Aquaruis/Capricorn rising, born Feb. 3, 1978 at 5:50 a.m. at Kragujevac, Serbia. I also forgot to mention that pluto is natally located in my 8th house.

Reality is that depression hits one in seven of us. Astrologically speaking, it is often associated with outer planet transits as a trigger. I don’t know that I would call it escapism as much needing to deal with repressed issues. It is hard to do astrological work when you are not feeling yourself. Astrological clients going through heavy duty issues, typically want to find out when things ease up or cease to influence us. I do hope that you have opted to talk to your doctor as well as a therapist. Being alone with your ‘obsessive’ thoughts is not the ideal way to tackle life’s bigger challenges. I suggest that you get out for long walks, perhaps join a gym or a yoga class… something that takes you out of your daily environment of four walls… I didn’t follow most of what you state about your planetary placements, however, in order to look at it all wholistically, we’d want to be looking at a complete chart, which is beyond the scope of this blog.

Hi, I have 7 degre moon, 9th house 12th cusp. Saturn 25 cap, jup 2, degree aqu 5 degree asc. Nmars 22 virgo, pluto 4 virgo. Since pluto went into cap I experienced the- very close to meltdown process. Have not worked since and enjoy being a lone I guess I am expereincing what you call escapist issues. The transit brought so much change i dont know who I am anymore. Trying ot get my bearings to move forward. I do some behind the scense legal work, Pro-bono and also do personal astrology work with limited clients.
Butit doesnt seem like I am doing anything and I want to goback to work. I feel like I died. Yes, depression hit hard, very hard. Any fedback?

Hi Anne,
Pluto is in the middle of my 12th house right now. My marriage ended a few years ago (which was deeply disturbing and sad for me) and now another relationship has ended. I have been depressed for what seems like years now. I feel very lost and alone….and afraid. When will this pass?? I miss my boyfriend and would like things to work out with him or have someone who I love deeply to be in my life. Can you advise? My birthday is 3/18/61 and my rising is 18’05″ Cap. My boyfriend is (was) 10/25/62 (15’44″ Sag rising). Will this relationship work out or should I just move on??

What you are experiencing is straight out of a textbook. Pluto tends to bring repressed matters to the surface so that we can change and grow. The Pluto square Pluto, at present, occurs around age 40. It is one of the astrological factors in play during our midlife crises. Uranus square Uranus follows on its heels. Around 40 is when we tend to take stock of what we have done with our lives and what we no longer want in our lives.

Where Pluto is by house in a natal chart shows what we need to change. The ninth house is about our convictions, opinions, dogma and understanding. That is what is likely to change over the next couple of years. You might find that others challenge your convictions forcing you to take an honest look into your life.

Hi Anne,

I’m about to enter my Pluto square Pluto transit. Pluto is transiting my 12th squaring my Pluto in the 9th. What can I expect with this transit? I know the separate meanings of the houses, but I’m not sure how they will be working together. Since Pluto has entered my 12th, I’ve been spending most of my time alone, alot of intense dreams and many uncomfortable realizations about things I seem to have kept hidden from myself–the way I’ve behaved, patterns in my relationships, difficult realities about my childhood.

Hi Anne. I just discovered your site. I’m currently experiencing Pluto, Venus, Sun, Mercury and North Node all transiting my 12 H Capricorn. My natal Mercury sits here too. Should I be running for the hills, or just staying in bed?
